Raw oatmeal? Hmm..
@DogsGoQuackx This is technically not raw oatmeal since it’s pre-boiled/cooked, and just dried-up… the only real ‘raw’ oatmeal out there are steel cut oats.

Calling something ‘parfait’ does not make uncooked oatmeal and apple sauce tastier.
I don’t think the coffee before working out is a good idea because the caffeine raises your heart rate and blood pressure, which is not necessarily good before a work out (which would further raise it). It could be an added work load for your heart. Someone also mentioned it could be an irritant for the stomach, which is true.
But the oatmeal and apple sauce is a great cheap solution as a pre work out meal. That part to me is a great tip!
@arab4ever I think the confusion comes from people thinking it’s called expresso because it’s quick, when in truth it’s called espresso because the water is pressed through the ground coffee..
DUDE! apple sauce YES! ive been using this for years as a sugar supp in my oatmeal!

i actually didnt know u could eat oats “raw”… just tried and it actually tastes pretty good… btw i was looking for apple sauce in the grocery store, and there were like 6-7 kinds of them and like all except 1 had high fructose corn syrup added…. just 1 with no sugar added and that one tastes great (eating now.. lol)
